What's a data feed?
Our product data - such as prices, stock levels, barcodes etc - can be easily downloaded in a csv feed format so that you can review all our product information with just a couple of clicks.
How is it accessed?
It's simple to access our feed:
- Register or log into the site.
- There is a link on the 'My Account' page - scroll down to the 'Download Product Feed' section and click it
- A new save dialog window will appear: filename customer_product_feed.csv - save the feed file to your computer.
- You can then open the file in Excel or OpenOffice or similar.
Which product info does the feed contain?
You can access the following info for all our products:

| Stock Level | Current stock level |
| Due Date | This is the next expected delivery date |
| EAN | Unique barcode identifier |
| Description | Retail description for each product |
| Dimensions | Product size |
| Price | Our standard 1st tier net (ex vat) price in GBP |
| Enforced | The minimum quantity of the item you need to purchase |
| Tier_1, Tier 1_qty, Tier 2, Tier 2_qty | These are the middle and bulk prices and the quantity you need to order to get these prices |
| Weight | Individual product weight in kilograms of each item |
Why are the name and description different to the ones on the website?
We provide a description in the feed that is designed to be used on your website. Google and other search engines have been known to penalise duplicated content that appears on multiple websites.
It is therefore necessary for you to have unique content when detailing products on your web store. Also, we are a wholesaler so the description on our website is designed to give you the information you need when purchasing from us. When you are selling products direct to the public it is much better to use a "retail friendly" description - which is what we provide on our datafeed download.
What can the feed be used for?
There are a number of uses of our product feed data:
- Viewing products when not online.
- Checking prices.
- Checking product dimensions.
- Updating stock on websites and stock control systems.
- Viewing back in stock dates.
- Live stock levels.
- Feeding product information to websites.
- Accessing retail descriptions and names.
How often is it updated?
This file is generated on the fly so it is always up to date at the moment you press the button, but of course once saved on your computer it isn't updated - you need to download a new version each time you want to update your data.
The stock levels are updated throughout the day as we receive and dispatch orders.
Are all products included on the file?
No, we only show currently in stock items or coming soon items.
Are the next delivery dates accurate?
There can be delays but generally they are pretty accurate. Goods take approximately 5 weeks to ship from China to our warehouse, and once they are on the water we make sure the date is refreshed on the website if necessary.
As soon as we know about any issues with a delivery, we update our systems which will in turn update the website data feed.
Can you help me link this feed to my website?
Unfortunately not, we do not offer any technical assistance incorporating this feed into your website or selling platform, however as this file is a CSV it is a universal format that can be used with most selling platforms.
I have the feed but what about photos?
We get a lot of requests to use our images of our products on customers' websites, catalogues and selling platforms. All of our product photos are available for customers to use. The images are hi-res and in a jpeg format. See below for more details.

Below you will find links to our current in stock and reordered products. There are no images for coming soon products, as these images are taken from samples and we only add them when the products arrive into our warehouse.
We update these as new stock arrives.
Here are some tips on how to download these files.
- Follow the link to the dropbox folder for the correct product stock code - so for images of INC112 follow the I link.
- Once the page has loaded, you can scroll or just use the search feature of your browser to find the product codes you need.
