How can I see your prices?
To view the prices on our EU website, you must first register on the site, this only takes a couple of minutes, and once registered you will be able to see prices right away. Follow this link to register with Puckator EU.
Do I need a user name and password to access wholesale prices?
When you register you create a user name, which is your email address, and a password of your own choice.
Why are there three prices displayed for each product?
The 3 prices are based on purchase quantity, so the more you buy each product, the better the price. All our prices are very competitive, and the first tier price will give you room for a good mark up on the RRP. We then offer a mid and bulk price based on ordering more of the same product, and we can do this because it saves us time when picking and packing your order if the carton or inner doesn't have to be broken down. The bulk price can be as much as 25% off the standard first-tier price, but don’t worry if you don't order the bulk quantity, our standard wholesale price still allows a good profit margin, more details are below.
Do you give a recommended retail price?
Yes, our products have an RRP shown against them based on the first tier price. This is just a guide and not the price you have to sell the product at, it is there to help you when pricing the products in your store or selling platform.
Do your prices include VAT?
No, our prices are all excluding VAT. VAT, if applicable, will be charged at checkout. If you have a valid VAT number for the delivery country the goods are being sent to then enter this in your delivery address at checkout and the site will validate it and remove VAT before payment is taken. If you do not have a valid VAT number for the delivery country you will be charged VAT. Non-EU countries such as Switzerland and Norway, will not be charged VAT.
How much VAT will I be charged?
VAT across the EU is charged at 23% unless you have a valid VAT number for the delivery destination. The VAT number must be entered in the delivery address at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping is available on orders over €300 to countries within Europe Zone 1, for all other destinations, various charges are applied. For more specific shipping prices, including the charges for full international shipping please go to our EU Delivery Page.
How long will I need to wait for delivery?
Delivery of a wholesale order can take anything between 4 and 10 working days depending on the destination, but we aim to get it picked, packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
If you pay for our priority delivery service, your order can take anything between 2 and 8 working days depending on the destination. We don't use a quicker courier to send priority orders, they are just dealt with more quickly by our warehouse team.
What happens if I'm out or the shop is closed when my delivery arrives?
If you are not in when your parcels are being delivered, the courier will leave you a card to notify you they tried to deliver. This will then have information on when they will be returning or how to arrange a delivery time to suit you. Some couriers will leave your parcel in a safe place if instructed, or with a neighbour. If you have any special delivery instructions for the courier please add them in the delivery notes field during checkout.
Why don't you ship to the UK or Northern Ireland?
Goods ordered on our EU site are dispatched from our European Distribution Centre in Poland, and we do not send to the UK from this location. If you want to order for delivery to the UK, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands please visit our sister website www.puckator.co.uk. - you can log in with the same email and password if you have already created an account here on Puckator EU.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, our minimum order is 150€ ex VAT for Europe and $175 for the US and Canada.
Are the products displayed on the website in stock?
Our website shows all the products that are currently in stock or coming soon. If a product is in stock it will have a real-time stock level shown against it which is adjusted during the day as orders are placed. If a product is new or out of stock but is coming soon, then there will be an estimated due date shown against the product.
Only items that are in stock can be ordered on the website. If you would like to preorder items that are coming soon please get in touch with our customer service team.
An item was out of stock when my order was delivered, how do I get the money back?
If an item was unavailable at the time of processing your order in our warehouse, the item will have been removed from the final invoice. If you paid with Paypal or a card the amount will have been refunded back to that payment method. If you paid by bank transfer the balance will either have been refunded or will be on your account to use against your next order. The balance does not show on the website so if you want to check this please contact customer services.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as payment as well as PayPal, and if you want your order quickly, then this is the best way to buy. We are also happy to accept Bank Transfers, and if you have 3 Giftware Trade References, you can apply to set up a 30-day account, although your first order must be proforma.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, our site and payment system is 100% secure, it is managed by the payment gateway and no payment details are stored on our site.
Can I sell your licensed products worldwide?
At Puckator we offer a range of fully licensed products with brand partners such as Aardman, Pusheen and VW. These products are mainly licensed for sale to Europe and the UK, although not exclusively. If you are interested in selling our licensed products outside of the UK or EU, please contact us to check eligibility.
How will my order be packed?
Most of our Gift Lines are individually boxed, however, some are packed in colour display boxes or inner carton quantities of anything from 2 to 24.
What do we do about any issues with my order? (Breakages, damages, or missing items etc)
We sell giftware, so the odd piece of merchandise can inevitably get broken in transit. If this happens please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery with your order details including the product codes, quantity and images of the damages. Please note: Images of any damaged items will be required for a refund to be made. Any other problems that you may experience with your order will need to be reported via email at email@example.com within 14 days of delivery.
What mark up can I add to the wholesale prices?
It depends on your overheads, however, the general rule is to multiply the wholesale price ex VAT by 2.5 to 3. If you are buying Giftware at the volume quantity you will make a greater margin, or be able to pass on discounts to your customers.
Where are the goods shipped from?
All our European orders are shipped from our new European warehouse in Wroclaw, Poland.
