Our professional team of buyers will work with you from the product selection stage, through design and sampling and finally to production and delivery, keeping you updated all the way.
Our buyers also have extensive knowledge of EU safety and testing regulation, so they work with our suppliers to prepare samples for testing with one of the world’s leading testing houses. We work with SGS, Eurofins and BV to make sure products are safe for the European Market. Examples of tests we arrange are EN71 Parts 1-3, EU Food Contact Testing and Flammability Testing for cushions and home furnishings.
What quantity will I need to order?
The minimum order qty varies from product to product and their can be print set up charges for some items. Examples of MOQ per product are as follows:
- Stainless Steel Water Bottles – 3000
- Porcelain Mug- 2880
- Bespoke Plush cushion - 1000
- Cotton Bag – 500
Sometimes it is possible to lower MOQs, if your personalised changes are just with packaging or labelling. Contact our team for more details.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on current factory output capacity, time of year, type of product (hand worked products generally take longer than products that are made in an automated factory).
I’d like my own label, box or other type of packaging, is this possible?
Absolutely, we can work with our design team or yours to create bespoke and personalised packaging and labelling. Just contact us for more details.
