Payment Information for Wholesale Orders
Please register on our website and you can place your order immediately for delivery anywhere in the EU.
We accept all Major Credit and Debit Cards, plus PayPal, Bank Transfer and credit accounts subject to Terms & Conditions.
Credit & Debit Cards
For the quickest delivery, please pay by Credit or Debit Card. Our payments are processed by Sagepay to give you complete confidence that payments for wholesale orders are 100% secure. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express, although this may be an option through your PayPal account. For Maestro payments, please choose the bank transfer payment method and call us to process the payment.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: When you checkout we take your payment immediately. If something subsequently goes out of stock as your order is being processed, we will issue a refund back to your chosen payment method at the time of invoicing. As soon as your order is invoiced, we will email you a final invoice with the confirmed total. If the total is different to your original order, a refund will already have been issued to your payment card.
Our regular payment terms for orders placed on our website are through proforma invoice. This means you pay for the goods at the time of placing the order. Placing an order is fast and easy, there is no delay or approval process for a proforma account, simply register on our site and place your order. You can pay for the goods at checkout, or if your preference is to pay via bank transfer, you can select this option at the checkout stage, we will then email you the details to make payment. Please note, we do not pack any goods for dispatch until the payment has been received in full.
If you wish to pay via bank transfer, select the option in the checkout and our Customer Service team will send you an email with the order total and our bank details. Bank transfers will be required to clear before the goods are packed and dispatched, please note this can take up to 5 working days, although is usually immediate.
We will email you our bank details with your proforma invoice.
If you are based in the EU you can apply for a Credit Account by contacting customer services. Please note when applying for a credit account you will need to provide 3 references for companies that currently give you credit terms. As soon as your credit application has been checked, we will contact you to confirm whether your application has been successful, and an additional credit account payment option will be added to your account and appear at the checkout stage.
